XForms and Conformance

On the XForms Home page, the first point of XForms Goal was to support
Handheld, TV and ..
 

Key Goals of XForms

*	Support for handheld, television, and desktop browsers, plus
printers and scanners 
 
 
But this seems to missed out in the CR requirements of the Spec.
The "Status of this Document" section in the spec merely states the
following requirements
 
1. Sufficient reports of implementation experience have been gathered to
demonstrate that XForms Processors based on the specification are
implementable and have compatible behavior.
2. An implementation report shows that there is at least one
implementation of each feature.
3. Formal responses to all comments received by the Working Group.
