RE: XForms CR - sections 9.3.5 to 9.3.7

These actions are used only when repeat is used, so if the repeat module is
not used in a profile (partial implementation) of XForms, then these actions
are not used.

Hi,

regarding sections 9.3.5 to 9.3.7 I wonder why these actions (insert,
delete, setIndex) are all described in 9.3 (the repeat module) and not in
chapter 10 where all other actions are explained. Is there a specific reason
for that? As I am a rather casual reader of the specification I would find
it better to have all actions available in one single chapter. But maybe I
am missing a point.
