XForms CR - 7.4.4

I suggest that the first line of 7.4.4 add a phrase indicating either of the 
following:
1. that the <xforms:model> element is the *only* XForms model in the 
document, or
2. that it is the first in document order

Without those clarifications it seems to me that the first of the three 
examples will not necessarily succeed.
