For now, Appendix E is probably your best source.

If you grab the zip version of the spec
(http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/WD-xforms-20020118/WD-xforms-20020118.zip)
you will find the two example xml files in there, named eg-00.xml and
eg-01.xml.

Is there somewhere we can download samples of xForm xml forms? I'd like
to integrate it into our projects if possible, but can't for the life of
me figure out where to download some samples from.
