"Relationship to european 'qualified' electronic signature standardization"?

A comment/proposal:

At page "http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/#email", at the session "Relationship to other work", in my opinion, is very important to be added a relationship to the standardization activity of ETSI (under EESSI) for the (european qualified) electronic signatures, especially a liaison with the implementation of the 'standards' (Technical Specifications) TS 101 903 "XML Advanced Electronic Signatures (XAdES)",  TS 101 861 "Time Stamping Profile", and TR 102 038 "XML format for signature policies" (-as you do for P3P policy format!).
