About the bind element

Hi,

chapter 6.4.1 states that "attributes on element bind encode XForms
constraints to be applied to each node in the node-set.", whereas chapter
7.3 point 3 states that the context node for this constraints is only the
*first* node of the node-set.

Isn't it a contradiction in terms?
