3.5 - Extension Elements Muddled Thinking and Expression?

The introduction to Chapter 3.5 begins with an account of how XForms might be 
included in host languages. The ostensible subject of the Chapter is how 
extension elements may be included in XForms which is not the same thing at 
all.

I suggest that the extraneous parts of the introductory text be replaced with 
something more relevant to the Extension Elements Module.
