Error use of origin attribute in Appendix B.4

In [1], it seems the origin attributes need to have a preceding ../ in the 
expressions because they are evaluated relative to the result of the 
context attribute.

origin="../item[1]/@rating"

The other examples that use context and origin together look correct.
