It also contains the sentence ending: "with a resource-uri indicating either the URI for an external instance, a barename URI reference to an identified internal instance, or empty string for an with an unidentified internal instance. .|" which - ends with two full-stops - "empty string for an with an" - I don't know what a barename URI reference is.
