Last Call Comment: XForms 1.1 refers normatively to XForms 1.0 requirements but not XForms 1.1 requirements

This may be a simple editing error, but the XForms 1.1 Working Draft [1]
in the Normative References section [2] refers via [3] to XForms 1.0
Requirements [4] but does not cite XForms 1.1 Requirements [5].
