LC: Minor consistency issue: "halt" vs. "stop"

This is really minor but easy to fix.

The wording used to specify that XForms engine processing must stop is 
"halt processing" ("4.5 Error Indications") or "processing halts" 
(everywhere else).

There is one exception in section "7.12 Extension Functions" where the 
wording is "stop processing".

I recommend fixing 7.12 by changing from "[...] and stop processing by 
[...]" to "[...] and processing halts by [...]".
