Hello All,

  As we discussed on www-forms@w3.org mailing list, <repeat/> element has restrictions on node-set that it can
  operate with, since such limitation has been made to simplify insert and delete elements and now insert and delete can
  operate with arbitrary node-sets I propose to lift such restriction from <repeat/> element and make it work with
  arbitrary node-set as insert and delete do.
