toggle element definition confused about number of cases affected

In section 9.2.3 of XForms 1, the first sentence says that toggle
select *one* case, but in the next sentence, it refers to the
affected case*s*, with the s being in body text styling and the
case in another style.

Either the s is bogus or this discrepancy needs explaining in the
text.
