Deferred update and <dispatch>

Hi,

In chapter 10.1.x, it is clearly stated that <rebuild>, <recalculate>, 
<revalidate> and <refresh> clear their flag.

However, nothing is said about <dispatch> when it is used with events 
xforms-rebuild, xforms-recalculate, xforms-revalidate, or 
xforms-refresh. Should the flag be cleared or not ?
