I forgot two, sorry:

k) Section 8, first chapter, first class attribute says "can be used
with CSS style sheet". Suggest including more specific text to tie it
to the CLASS selector -- e.g. see MathML and SVG.

This will make it clear that the selector "foo.bar" applies, and not
just the general attribute selector "foo[class~=bar]"

l) 2nd paragraph, section 8: last sentence says: "all form controls
are suitable for styling using ACSS properties". Instead, We suggest
"using ACSS" -> "for visual or aural media"...

This is because we are pruning ACSS for a revised CSS2 ("CSS 2.1") and
are re-writing ACSS as probably two modules: speech and audio.
