Last Call Comment: Editorial error in spec(?) : 6.4.1 bind

Hi,

1)
the binding expression in <bind> should be using the attribute 'nodeset' rather than 'ref' to be consistent with the rest of the
spec.

2) (a minor one)
should there be a reference to '7.3 Evaluation Context' from '6.4.1 bind' because '7.3' deals with nested binds not mentioned in
'6.4'.
