xforms-activate vs. DOMActivate

I believe that the event xforms-activate is completely redundant with
the already-defined (in DOM Level 2 Events) DOMActivate.

Please change XForms to refer to DOMActivate instead of
xforms-activate.

Note: There is precedent for this, as the Candidate Recommendation
document already refers to the related events DOMFocusIn and
DOMFocusOut.
