6.1.2 - Coding error?

6.1.2 seems to have a similar coding error to that which I reported in 6.1.1

The final line of the example code in 6.1.2 gives a value for the ref 
attribute of "/my:first-name".

It seems to me that the value should be either "my:first-name" or 
"/my:person-name/my:first-name".
