"LocationPath"

Several definitions in the Glossary refer to "LocationPath" (one word).

As far as I am aware the XPath 1.0 term is "location path" (two words, no 
upper case characters). Is there a reason for the unusual capitalisation? Or 
should the normal XPath usage be applied?
