Comments on the new schema

Hi,

some remarks I have about the new draft and schema:

* In chapter 7.2, it is said that "instance data always has a single 
root element", but the schema has a maxOccurs="unbounded" in
the declaration of the <instance> element;

* In chapter 8.1.10, the <select> element doesn't have an attribute 
@selection, but the schema declares such an attribute;

* In the schema, attribute @nodeset of the <bind> element is optional, 
but I can't see the use of a <bind> without a @nodeset.
