Hi,

The old syntax is used in several examples in the new draft:

*chapter 2.3, 6.*.*, 7.8.1: <bind> should have @nodeset instead of @ref

*chapter 8.1.7: <range> should have @step instead of @stepSize

*chapter 8.1.8: there is a missing @ref in <trigger>

*chapter 8.1.9: there is a missing @ref in <submit>

*chapter D.4: replace ref and isValid by nodeset and constraint
