Raman, I think the latest spec has an error in 6.1.1 where it has ref="/my:
first-name"; this should be either "my:first-name" or "/my:person-name/my:
first-name".  Same error in 6.1.2 and 6.1.3.  Please confirm (so I can
check my understanding).
