Well, at best there may be consensus that the *currently existent*
embedding bits have nothing to do with creating a WOFF file. At least
some of us have the residual concern that there is nothing stopping
additional bits from being defined (in the Open Font Format and/or
OpenType spec) that would explicitly address WOFF file creation.
