Subject: problems with received files

Hi,

I have requested several zip files via the following server:
www4mail@wm.ictp.trieste.it
and the first times it worked well, but last week, I have never got my files
completed (they were big files splitted into parts).
For some files Either I got the first parts and not the last one, or I got
only the last one and not the first ones, so I am not able to
reconstitute entirely my files.
Is it possible to correct these errors please.
