Dear Sirs

I have received the html attachement along with your message.
Thanks

But, when I tried to open it.[ http:\\www.dices.com] there comes a mesage 
" THIS PAGE CAN NOT BE OPENED "

First, I downloaded the attachment file.
Then, I  filled up all the check box.
Later, I  got connected to  my ISP using my User Name [email] & Password.
The system was on line and then there appears 
"THIS PAGE CAN NOT BE OPENED".

I would like to have the instructions on proper connection method.
