	Thanks for taking time to complain, I just have two comments on
them:

You can use a Web browser in off-line mode. HTML pages are still best
viewed with a Web browser. Most operating systems come with a Web browser.
Even lynx will do!

For most of the other problems, it would appear that the Web server
requested a redirection to  www.98lite.net.

I will check this out.
