pre3.0rc1: get: subject of reply not containing subject of request

In case the insertion of the subject of request into subject of reply
has been intentially turned off with new pre3.0rc1 version
(command get), please consider to turn it back on.
It's of some help against "lost in hyperspace" syndrome.
