Dear Sirs
All the time we try to get a bin file we get the

Error 500  - Internal SERVER Error - The Local Site Administrator has also
been informed\n
 sh: mimencode: command not found

error message.
In the same time we can receive Web documents as e-mail attachment.
The www4mail service is only way to navigate Internet for us.
Please help us.
