Help! I have a problem with FTP

Hi!

I have a problem when I trying to get a file from FTP site. In an answer on
my request I receiving the message(see attachment) with this string in a
file that I tryed
to get: "Your terminal lacks the ability to clear the screen or position the
cursor." And thats all.

Please, help me.
