Apoptosis detection

Hello Everyone,

	I have a peculiar question.  If you had an unlimited budget 
but had to apply the money toward apoptosis detection of plant cells, 
what kit(s) would you purchase?  The only limitation is that the 
kit(s) must be applicable for flourescent microscopy.
