FW: Requested (URL - http://www.abrfc.noaa.gov/cgi-shl/wxclick.pl )

As you can see, http://www.abrfc.noaa.gov/cgi-shl/wxclick.pl is not the same
as http://www.abrfc.noaa.gov/cgi-shl/wxclick.pl?state=OKLAHOMA&county=MAYES
which is the same as
http://www.abrfc.noaa.gov/cgi-shl/wxclick.pl?&county=MAYES

When I send the latter two, I always get back the first one. I really need
one of the latter two to work. However, the system seems to cut off all
after the question mark.

Can this be fixed or is there a work-around for it?

Please let me know how more I can help.
