(unknown charset) Do you invoke "get" method or "post" method ?

                        Hello.Bellanet.org administration,
I frequently encounter problem trying to send my resume(s) to
DataBases using your www4mail server.
The thing is that many JOB servers reject "GET" method - they need
 "POST" method for accessing DataBases.
I do as follows: grab the .htm as a form , then fill it out in off-line
browser - then email browser output through your www4mail server again to
my correspondent - and being given a message "Error 403. Access to page/site is
forbidden". My question is - do you send resulting long URL (request to DB)
by "GET" method or by "POST" one?
If GET - how could i instruct your software to send as "POST"?
Because many servers do not permit to GET their scripts and reject such requests.
See my sample: XFORM=... statement contains "post" method does it mean
you use "post" method really?
If there is No decicion = it's a great pity because it restricts filling DB(s)
by using your service.
