Using XJSDUMP

Dear Sir,

As per your reply info, I tried to send new request to www4mail.
I wrote :

 XJSDUMP http://www.tempo.co.id          ( I put blank on the subject )

I have an error report  on the  reply, can you tell me how to use XJSDUMP
??
