Few days ago I send request to www4mail@unganisha.idrc.ca
containing:

http://otakuworld.com/cgi-bin/cgiftp.exe/kiss/index/x/kiss/pro\
gram/PlayFKiss083b-beta-Installer.exe

I get 10 files, but after use DOS command:

copy /b file.001+file.002+...all other files...+file.010 PlayFKiss083b-beta-Installer.exe

the result was an EXE file, that wasn't (!) a correct EXE file,
and I can't run it. I can be wrong, but I think that www4mail program
don't recognized the file as binary, and get it as text file.
Maybe adding option, that force program to get file as binary
(every file that user want) will handle this problem ?
