www4mail drops space

Dear Clement Onime,

I hope you don't mind if you should read this report twice, because I
erroneously also sent it to the old address radionet@ictp.trieste.it.

When modifying a requested HTML document, www4mail removes newlines, so
that one word at the end of a source line and one word at the beginning
of the next line are concatenated instead of being separated by a space.
