Appreciation From Iran by Dr. Bahman Torkian

Dear Sir / Madam

      I really appreciate you for your admirable service.I just yesterday found out your services for navigation through the INTERNET . It is actually grate to see these humanitarian attempts for improving the power of communication.
      I live in Iran and I recently Found out what is the internet and how much important is it. Unfortunately in Iran we have to use the ZAKNET services, and Since Jan. The first , charges of internet fee has increased by three times and actually it is impossible to use direct access , financially (Each Megabyte from Internet equals to total fee of visiting two Patient by a physician, 8000 Rls.).
       I have seen several services who do like yours but I think your center is very up to date and using of your services are very user friendly .
      despite the very easy using of your system I still have some problem I should be very grateful to hearing some explanation and if possible send me some exclusive help documents.
       1- What happened for the traditional command "DEEP"
       2- How Can the user receive more than 5 HTMLs or other documents per each E-mail Request
       3- When should I send my E-mails in order to protect your center from overload and probable disasters
