need help

your service is just great. I need your help to make sure that I do things
right.

first: I sent a query message to your server containing in the body :

http://kulichki-koi.rambler.ru/moshkow/

this is russian site.

But received as an attachment to the reply moshkow.dat file. As i understand
it supposed to be moshkow.html file?

It wasn't a zip
or encoded file. I renamed it to *.html and opened it with IE but couldn't
read text inside it in russian (something wrong with coding),
although when i go to this site on-line i can read there w/o problems.


second: I sent lately query:

http://kulichki-koi.rambler.ru/moshkow/KASTANEDA/kast10.txt

but didn't get any reply. I sent it twice but w/o any reply from your
server. Again, i access this document on-line no problem.

My system is: Win98, Outlook98, IE4.0

I would appreciate any help on this matter.
