I greatly appreciate the service you are providing by making your server
available to the public.
There is a problem that I have experienced, however. When sending the
following command:

send
http://209.54.41.193/acsesbin/nph-acses.cgi?time=40&currency=1&location=3&ISBN=0300070470
--------- End forwarded message ----------

I receive back information from the following page:

--------- Begin forwarded message ----------
URL             :  http://209.54.41.193/acsesbin/nph-acses.cgi
--------- End forwarded message ----------

In other words, the last half of the URL is chopped off. What could be
causing this problem?
