Dear Esmail,
I don't think this is a bug because such pages include javascript or some
other script(s) that need a connection to a remote site. Such a connection 
is not possible as you don not have a full INTERNET link ans so your
browser complains of script errors. 

Anyway script errors are problems for SITE maintainers.
