Suggestion: www4mail manual

Hello and thank you for your service.

I would like to suggest that the full www4mail users (not admin)
manual be made available as a single zip.  This would allow a
single request as opposed to getting it through repeated requests
and having it come back in multiple messages and having to
reassemble it.  Having both a plain text and an HTML version
would be good.

Other suggestion:  Offer a one way announcement mailing list to
announce when a new option/feature is added.
