Dear Sir (Madam)!
My name- Dmytro Groisman, I work in Amnesty International group in Vinnytsya
(Ukraine). Because our human rights group is nonprofit organisation we have
only cheapest way to access to Internet- e-mail(UUCP).
During about last 3 month we have use your service to request some web-pages
or files but unfortunately since July 20 all our requests to your service
are ignored.
I would like to ask you be so kindly and chek why the access to your service
was prohibited for our Amnesty Group.
Thank you in advance.
Dmytro Groisman
