Pl. help

Hello!
I have a PC connected to a server through an intranet . This server goes
online at certain times only -- to send & receive email
My browser is MS IE V 4.xx.
When I  click on the "Get selected document" , nothing happens!!
I just get a window saying that I am about to send a form thru' email--ok ,
cancel

My mail agent is Outlook Express.ver 4.xx

After that nothing happens.
This leaves me guessing as to whether the messaage has gone or not.
It probably does not go,because I don't get any response from WWW4mail.
I would be grateful for any help.Pl. do not hesitate to ask for any further
clarifications.
