Why the body of the message is blank?

When I check the the links that I wont to retrive and I push the "Get
the Selected Document(s)" button a blank message with the address of the
ww4mail server appear. The body of the message is blank. Is this a bug?
Or there's something wrong with my system settings? How can I get out of
this? I use Explorer 4 and Outlook 98. Thanks for your attention.
