None of these work in Gecko or Internet Explorer. Per HTML they ought
not to work either (meaning Opera/WebKit have bugs).

If you want other browsers to copy WebKit I guess the best way forward
would be to file a bug on HTML. That is after all the specification
that defines event handler attributes.
