I just discovered http://dom.spec.whatwg.org which describes itself as
"DOM Core Free Editor's Draft".
What's the status of this? Is it new? Is it official? Are there any
differences beyond the copyright statement and the "Status of this
Document" section? Will the whatwg.org and w3.org versions remain in
sync, or is there a chance that one will become a superset of the other
as has happened with HTML?
