DOMErrorHandler.handleError

The description of the boolean return value appears to describe three 
different behaviors by explaining how a value of true differs from the 
default behavior and how a value of false differs from the default 
behavior.  But there is no way of specifying that you want the 
implementation to do the default behavior.
