major changes:
- added normalization features for normalizeDocument
- For namespaceURIs, "If they pass an empty string the DOM
implementation turns it into a null."

The AS Model was splitted into two parts: readonly and readwrite.
We fixed a lot of issues within the LS draft, most of them raised of the
public list so have a look at the resolutions.
