Re: DocumentBuilder.parse(URL) in Applet

DocumentBuilder is not part of the DOM API. Contact the authors of that
class. (You've got references to both Microsft and Sun XML classes; I don't
know who wrote this one.)

Parsing is on the list of features under consideration in DOM Level 3, but
that doesn't help you now.
