:CSS2BackgroundProperty
:CSS2BorderSpacing

:CSS2CounterIncrement
:CSS2Cursor
:CSS2PlayDuring
:CSS2PageSize


Maybe they should get their own type codes altogether? But then again
they've probably been left out since they're not core compliancy interfaces.
