DOM Level 2 Event tests

Curt, could you provide a status of the work 
done on the DOM Level 2 Event tests.  I have 
a vague recollection that you were writing 
some of these, and do indeed see some in the 
CVS repository. We are just trying to get a 
sense of where this work stands.
